- Ordering: Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Payments: All payments are processed securely during checkout.
- Delivery: Dates provided are estimates. We aim for timely delivery using our own drivers or couriers when needed.
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Please contact us ASAP.
- Allergy Information: Please read product descriptions carefully or contact us for allergen information.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns after delivery. However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- The item is damaged on arrival
- The order is incorrect
- A delivery error occurs on our part
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will always aim to resolve the matter fairly.

Delivery Information
We offer both local delivery and postal delivery for selected items:
Local Delivery:
- Available in and around Exmouth
- Delivered by our own team
- Orders placed after 10:20am will be delivered on the next available day
- Delivery days: Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays)
Nationwide Delivery:
- Sent via trusted courier services
- Available for selected products
Click & Collect:
- Collect in-store during opening hours:
